Yummy creamy buttery Dal Bukhara is the ultimate treat for your taste buds.
Though cooking it is time consuming but it is really very easy to cook.
Once you make it by yourself we are sure you would want to make it again and again.
It tastes best with steamed rice, you can also serve it with chapati/tandoori roti.
Ideally dal bukhara is made out of only black urad dal but we added some rajma for that sticky texture it provides to the same.
Following the below recipe, we are sure you will be getting the desired flavorful dal.
Below is a step wise procedure to make Dal Bukhara
Trust us it is very easy to make, it is just that you need to soak it overnight and simmer the dal for around 1 hour.
But then all of it will be worth once you taste the same!
