The sooji appe are a fulfilling option when you want to have something light to eat!
With a good amount of vegetables and minimum oil used they are just perfect!

In 3 simple steps you will be able to cook them quickly!
Note # If you have time keep the sooji,curd mixture to rest for 30 mins.
You can also add few drops of lemon juice to make them more tangy!
You may add other vegetables, like steamed peas,cabbage etc.
If you do not wish to use mustard seeds, you can directly put the mixture and cook them!
Finally serve hot appe with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney!
