Mango Ice-Cream Recipe Ingredients: 1 Big mango 1 Cup Cream OR 1 cup full cream milk (I used Amul full cream milk) 10 table spoon milk powder (I used Amul milk powder) Process: Take Medium jar of your Blender (DO NOT take the juice jar) Peel and roughly cut mango in the Jar. Put 5 spoon of milk powder in the Jar. Put 1/2 cup of cream in the Jar. Generally milk powder contain enough sugar in it and mango also has its own sweetness. But if you like you can add 2-4 table spoon of sugar powder in the jar.
Blend all the items for minimum 2 minutes. Open the jar and check the consistency of the paste. It has to be very thick. If so, put remaining 5 spoon of milk powder and 1/2 cup of cream in the jar. If the paste is not thick and its little juicy. Put only 5 spoon of milk powder and do not put remaining cream. Blend the paste again for minimum 10-12 minutes or Until it becomes a very thick paste. Now put all the paste in a airtight jar. If you want to have it as kulfi then put the paste in kulfi mould. Deep freeze it for at least 6-8 hrs. Toppings: You can put dry fruits, honey or anything as toppings. But do not blend these all in the mixi to add on the flavor. Just put them in the airtight jar while deep freezing.
