Healthy Drink - Smoothie

Are you in a hurry and you do not have time to make your breakfast and end up eating junk.Then this recipe of smoothie is for you which is more healthy and very quick to make.

A smoothie is a thick and creamy beverage made purely of whole fruits and vegetables. Just pick you favorite fruits or veggies and blend them with any dairy products like milk or yogurt , soy milk , almond milk etc.

Here is my smoothie recipe with all my favorite fruits :)

Mango Banana Blueberries smoothie

Now who does not love mango. Mango is packed with nutrients , high in Antioxidants and immunity booster.

whereas Banana is rich source of vitamin C , good for your skin & energy booster.

Blueberries are low in calories but high in nutrients , King of antioxidants.




Ingredients

1/2 cup mango cubes

1/2 cup banana (sliced)

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup yogurt

Note: I preferred yogurt or water , but you can use any dairy product as well.







Put all the ingredients in a jar and blend them in a blender.

Note: you can also add some kind of

sweetener like honey or maple syrup.











Your healthy and yummy drink is ready to boost you morning.
