Pesh hai ek or sooper dooper recipe "sharmaji ki rasoi se"

Ajj hum banaynge bharwan munga/drumstick/sahjan ki fali.


Normally hume drumstick sambhar me dalte hai taste k liye.

But plate me ane par side me nikal ke rakh dete hai.


Ghar ki sabjio me drumstick least priority me rakhi jati hai.

Yadi kuch option nahi hota hai to hum drumstick bana ke khaa lete hai.


lakin aaj is recipe ko padhne k baad aap ise baar baar banaynge or maze se khaynge.


Specially ye recipe ek starter ki tarah bh use ki ja sakti hai.

Further story ko cut karte hue sidhe ata hu recipe per.


Ingredients:

Sabji k liye:

5-6 drumstick, 12-15 lahsun, 1 spoon red chilli, heeng, Namak swad anusar

1 small cup besan, 1 tea spoon sarson ka oil, Dhaniya Patti.

Tadke ke liye:

11/2 spoon normal oil, 1 small spoon rai, jeera, 1 cut green chili, 4-5 curry leaves.


Process:

sabse pahle drumstick ot 2 inch size me cut karle. na peel off karna hai na seeds nikalna hai.

Fir ache se wash kar le or side me rakh de.


Ab mixer ka chota jar le usme 12-15 lashun add kare or dhaniya patti add kare.

or ache se grind kar le. yadi mixer na ho to desi tarika apnaye yane ki chote khalbate/masalakutni me ache se barik kuut le.


Ab ek chota bowl le or usme Besan+ sarso ka oil + namak + red chilli mix kare.

Last me lahsun ka paste add kar ke ache se mix kar le.

Sirf ek spoon water add kar ke ache se paste bana le.

Masal ready hoke kuch aisa dikhega:



Ab drumstick ke tukdo me lambe kat lagaye, jaise aap bharwan baigan me lagate hai.

or ye masala usme fill karte jaye. na over load karna hai na hi kam.

Ekdum proper masala fill kare. Masala fill hone ke baad drumstick kuch yun dikhnge.




Ab ata hai main part in sabhi filled drumstick ko hume steam karna hai.

Yadi apke pass steamer hai to best hai usme 20-25 minutes k liye ise steam dede.


Agar steamer nahi hai to side adosi/padosi se mangne na jaye.

Option 1: idly ke sache ka use kare niche pani bhare or idly wake khano me drumstick ko rakh de.

idly steamer jaldi garam hota hai islye 15-20 min steam de.


Option 2: Ek badi kadhai le usme thoda pani fill kare takriban 11/2 glass.

Ab uske center me usi glass ko ulta kar ke rakh de or uske upar steel plate me drumstick rakh de.

upar se kadhai ko cover kar de. gharelu steamer tyar hai. :) isme 15-20 min steam de.


Steam hone k baad drumstick kuch aise dikhegi. Yahan mene steamer ka use kiya hai



Agar ab aap se bikul control na ho raha ho to aap ise aise bh khaa sakte hai.

BharwaDrumstick ready hai. But sirf steamed hui sabji me wo maja nahi ata jo tadke me hai.


Islye ek kadhai le usme oil garam kare. oil me rai jeera ka tadka de green chilli add kare or last me thodi si heeng add kare. And last me ye steamed drumstick.

Tadke ke baad drumstick aise dikhegi ab mast ise plate me nikale or garma garam bharwadrumstick ma maja le.
